4. Liam Plunkett – 36 wickets

In an age where fast bowlers are trying to innovate to stop batsmen from scoring, Liam Plunkett has an orthodox style. The England pacer believes in hitting the pitch hard and troubles the batsmen with his pace and bounce. He is one of the best in the business when it comes to taking wickets in the middle overs.

The Durham pacer was in great form this year as he took 36 wickets in just 18 matches for England. His best performance came against the Windies where he took 10 wickets in the 3-match series. While his fitness doesn’t allow him to play Test cricket he is a great asset for any team in the limited overs format.
