He used to thrive under pressure and bat with determination. Waugh played 325 ODIs scoring 7569 runs with 45 half-centuries and 3 tons. His knock of 120 not out against South Africa in the semi-final of the 1999 World Cup at Edgbaston is arguably and justifiably considered the greatest chasing innings in an ODI.
