The world class Sydney Cricket Ground is situated in the Moore Park, East Sydney. It has a capacity of over 40,000 patrons. Just like every cricket ground in Australia, it is a very picturesque ground with a beautiful outfield and huge stands. The first official ODI was played on January 13, 1979 between Australia and England and since then has hosted 151 ODIs. Former Australian captain Allan Border with 1561 runs in 65 matches top the batting charts at this ground whereas Glenn McGrath with 50 scalps holds the record of taking the most number of wickets in 27 ODIs on this ground.
