Top 10 Teams with Most Fours in T20 Internationals: T20 is not just the game, but a party happening inside a cricket stadium. Everyone is hurrying around, high on adrenaline trying to be at their best every moment. The batsmen dance down the wicket, the bowlers make a few of them dance, to their tunes as well, the fielders run around to grab the ball north and south and the umpires are always on their toes hopping around. Also, they have experienced pretty little amount of exposure to this format and have played only 48 matches to get those 536 fours into their name. But as a unit, the West Indian team did not manage to click much in the game except in the 2012 World T20 when they were crowned as the champions. In their 71 international T20 matches, the West Indians have managed to hit 398 sixes apart from 800 fours which also portrays a fact that they depend upon hard hitting for their scoreboard to tick on. 6. The Aussies have possessed some talented pros in the likes of Gilchrist, Watson, Steve Smith, Brad Hodge and others have poised them at this position after playing 81 T20 games. 5. They have performed decently well in almost all the editions of ICC World T20. Also having some great batsmen in the likes of Kumar Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardene and others has helped them reach to 972 fours in T20Is from 74 games. If their players are exposed to further action in the format, they are sure to strike further in the format. 4. South Africa – 1000 Fours: South Africa. Possessing the brilliant talents of the game in the likes of AB de Villiers, JP Duminy, David Miller, Faf du Plessis have fired well for South Africa in the T20 format as a unit. Having said that, they are yet to remove the chokers tag in this format as well. And are yet to win a major T20 tournament till date. 3. New Zealand – 1020 Fours: New Zealand. But their present team is capable of amplifying this number to a considerable extent in near future. They possess a bunch of fresh talents in their line up led by the apt aggression of Brendon McCullum, who himself believes in scoring runs with the help of the big boundary shots. 2. The World Champions from the 2010 World T20 have seen quite a few masterpieces in the game in the likes of Kevin Pietersen, Paul Collingwood, Eoin Morgan and others. English side has always maintained a steady line up in this format for international cricket due to their mammoth availability of resources at the domestic level. The side has played as many as 79 matches so far in the history of International T20s. 1. Pakistan – 1162 Fours: Pakistan. They have managed to qualify in the final fours of all the ICC World T20s, save the one held in Bangladesh, 2014. Also, they are the team to play the most number of T20 matches with 98 matches and with the possession of sheer aggressive players in the likes of Shahid Afridi, Umar Akmal, Mohammad Hafeez and others, Pakistan has managed to top the chart.
