1. New Zealand – 21 Wins:

The Kiwis have been pretty much consistent in this year throughout. They started their campaign by hammering Sri Lanka in their home soil. This was followed by a glamorous run in the World Cup where they went unbeaten straight to the finals. Unfortunately, the Black Caps, led by the intensified aggression of Brendon McCullum did not have the last laugh as they were defeated in the finals by the mighty Aussies. In a total of 31 matches being played by them, the Kiwis won 21 of them with 9 defeats, one being abandoned. Of late, they were defeated by South Africa in the bilateral series. But prior to that, they whitewashed Zimbabwe but was defeated 2-3 by England in England.
