Virat Kohli's car collection values more than double the PSL prize money
The value is still short of what he earns from IPL in a season and is twice the amount that is the prize money in PSL.
Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli unsurprisingly the highest paid player in the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2018. Apart from the quality of cricket he plays, the fact that he is the most integral part of his squad and is the only player to be a part of the same team since the inaugural season of IPL, RCB pays him a whopping Rs. 17 crore.
In 150 IPL matches he played so far, Kohli has amassed 4449 runs with 113 as his highest score. Besides hitting 161 sixes and 383 fours, Virat has 4 centuries and 30 half-centuries to his name. He also boasts of scoring most number of runs in a season, his 973 runs in 2016 are second to none.
Kohli, as fans have understood by now, has an enviable fleet of cars. He is the owner of an Audi R8, Audi R8 LMX Limited Edition, Audi R8 V10, Audi A8L W12 Quattro, Audi S6, Audi Q7 4.2 TDI, Toyota Fortuner and a Renault Duster.
According to Cartoq, Virat Kohli’s new Bentley Continental G, which he added to his collection just days ahead of the IPL, is apparently registered in his brother’s name—Vikas Kohli—and Virat, who happens to be a brand ambassador for Audi, is the second owner. Other Bentley owners in the Indian team include Virender Sehwag and Yuvraj Singh. He also became the first owner of Audi’s RS 5 Coupe, which was bought unveiled on Wednesday.
