The T20 World Cup of 2021 is approaching in near future and teams are getting in their best outfits ahead of the mega tournament. As the countdown to the huge event has begun, Cricket West Indies and the national squad have unveiled the new T20 attire ahead of their three-match T20I series against New Zealand. The new jersey comes with the dominant shades of yellow and maroon with some attractive geometric patterns.

The new jersey is done in vibrant shades with contrast dark maroon sleeves. The bold and dark colours are the trademark of the #MenInMaroon. It shows the dominance of one of the most skilful cricketing nations in the world. The playing jerseys are made with classy light-weighted stretch fabric which is best suited for action. The outfit is available in both short and long sleeves pattern.

The new jersey would be donned by the Caribbeans in all the T20I matches lining up the men’s ICC T20 World Cup to be held in India. The same t-shirts would be worn by West Indies women’s team too. The West Indians are the defending champions in the men’s T20 World Cup section. They have lifted the precious title on two occasions, 2012 in Sri Lanka and 2016 in India.

“We’re really excited for the new T20I shirt to debut with the West Indies Men’s team in New Zealand. We know that fans will love the bold design and rally behind the #MenInMaroon for this series and throughout 2021,” stated Dominic Warne, CWI’s Commercial Director in an official statement as quoted by yahoo.net.
