The Vidarbha pacer, Umesh Yadav was always a captain’s delight as he possesses raw pace. In CWC 2015 Umesh was the strike bowler for the Men in Blue, for his skill of picking up crucial wickets. With his pace and action, he generated bounce on the Australian pitches and formed a lethal combination with Mohammad Shami. Umesh Yadav was the architect of India’s run to semi-finals, as he took 18 wickets in 8 matches.

Nowadays, Jasprit Bumrah is one of the best bowlers in world cricket. He has an uncanny bowling action with which he can generate uneven bounce on true surfaces. Bumrah is a breakthrough bowler and he can keep the batsman on backfoot with his pace. Bumrah can bowl in the powerplays, and he is a master in the death overs. He can be a match winner for the Indian team in this WC, a role which Umesh played in 2015 WC.
