The Pakistan team would have been surprised with the kind of performance Zimbabwe showed in the previous match. Batting first, Pakistan managed only 149 for 7 in their 20 overs. Mohammad Rizwan was at his best once again, as he guided the innings with a score of 82 runs from 61 balls. Only two other Pakistan batsmen managed to get to double figures, the highest being 15 among them. 

The collective bowling performance is something the captain of Zimbabwe, Sean Williams would expect his team to deliver once again. But there is a need to improve their batting in the second match. Zimbabwe will have their fingers crossed on whether Brendan Taylor will be playing or not. If he returns, then they might have a stronger batting order. 

Having said that, Zimbabwe failed to chase down the total set by Pakistan in the previous match, going down by just 11 runs. The visitors will once again start as favorites in this match and will look to seal the series.
