6. Jason Holder

The tall Caribbean lad will join Rajasthan Royals for a sum of INR 5.75 crore in the forthcoming season. Following a below par season with the Lucknow Super Giants, the franchise decided to part ways with the all-rounder.

Holder scored 58 runs at an average of only 9.67, and though he did pick up 14 wickets, his overall economy rate of 9.67 made his performances seem ordinary. The 31-year-old has clipped 51 scalps at an average of 26.86 which includes the best bowling figures of 5/27 in T20Is.

The tall seaming all-rounder has the potential to add threat both with the bat and with the ball and the Royals will hope he proves to be decisive for them in the crunch moments. Holder can be a troublesome player with the ball as he provides the extra bounce due to his height and his hard-hitting abilities too cannot be taken out of the equation.
