IPL 2024 Auction: 3 CSK released players whom Mumbai Indians could target
MI have released some key players and might eye some of the talent CSK have let go.
2. Sisanda Magala
Sisanda Magala played only two games for CSK in the IPL 2023 before being ruled out of the competition due to injury. His issues with injury continued, due to an ankle niggle, Magala missed out on the ICC World Cup 2023 for South Africa as the board didn’t want to take any chances.
Magala bowls at a decent pace and will be skiddy on the Wankhede surface, making Mumbai Indians interested in putting in a bid for the Proteas pacer. But as obvious, things will depend on how well Magala keeps up his fitness and his form in the upcoming SA20 League tournament as well. If he does well, not only CSK, but MI will be interested in him as well, as they need a foreign pacer.
