2. Richa Ghosh (India)
In February 2020, Richa Ghosh made her international debut for India against Australia in a T20I match. In the same year, she got selected for the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. So far, she has notched up 427 runs in 30 WT20I matches at a strike rate of 134.27.
In WODIs also, her record has been brilliant for the Women in Blue as she has scored 311 runs in 17 games at a strike rate of 84.97. The wicket-keeper batter has also hit a couple of half-centuries. Noting her fine numbers with the bat, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) awarded her a central contract in May 2021.
In the most-anticipated Under-19 Women’s World Cup ahead, she will be an important member of the team. With her batting and wicket-keeping, Ghosh will be vital for the team in outclassing the opponents.
