3. Kelis Ndlovu (Zimbabwe)

Kelis Ndlovu will lead the Zimbabwe Under-19 Women's team in the forthcoming marquee tournament. Relying on her impressive all round figures in senior T20I matches, Zimbabwe Cricket gave her the captaincy mantle.

With 285 runs in 15 WT20I matches at a strike rate of 87.69, Ndlovu looked efficient with the bat for Zimbabwe's senior team. With the ball, she has claimed 15 wickets at an outstanding economy of 4.91. In the Under-19 World Cup matches, the Zimbabwe Under-19 team will revolve around her due to her capability.

Zimbabwe are included in Group B, which features Rwanda, Pakistan, and England. In the tournament, Ndlovu and her girls will have to play out of their skin to qualify for the next round. On January 15, 2023, Zimbabwe will clash with England at Senwes Park, Potchefstroom.
