5. Shane Watson (RCB)

Shane Watson’s glorious years in the IPL have only come with the RR and the CSK franchise. The cricketer in his debut IPL season was a formidable force who singlehandedly by scoring a total of 472 runs had helped RR to bag its first IPL title. While the all-rounder had received an exclusion from the RR team after the IPL 2015, the RCB franchise had then bagged the Aussie for a whopping amount of INR 9.5 Crore.

Now while especially playing for RCB in IPL 2016, Watson was given an alien role of batting in the middle-order that eventually had just made him average around 13 in that season. Although Watson had played all IPL games, the Aussie never had looked at its pleasant best.
