The first Test match of the 2013-14 Ashes series generated many infamous sledges in the series further that is still quite fresh in the memory of the on-lookers. One of them is the instance that took place in the first Test at the Gabba. Whilst batting, England’s pacer James Anderson got upset with George Bailey who was present at the short-leg.

Watching the verbal exchange between the duo even the umpire had to get involved in order to ease out things. But things took a different turn when Australia’s Captain Michael Clarke chimed into the scenario. He wasn’t quite happy with how things were unfolding and had a few words for England’s pace spearhead.

Clarke thus warned Anderson to be careful of the deliveries that they were about to face. Mitchell Johnson was bowling to Anderson quite aggressively, clicking the speed of 150.
