5. Security Concern:

The security was increased at the homes of every leading cricketer of the country as there was constant threat that infuriated fan might attack their homes. Paramilitary force was seen outside Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s house protecting his family. This was a precautionary move as we had seen outrageous fans pelting stones at residence of a few Indian cricketers following team India’s defeat in the ICC World T20 2014 finals.
