Indian ODI and T20 skipper is in the ninth spot in the list of fastest batsmen to reach 2000 runs in IPL. Dhoni has taken 75 innings to do so and shares the ninth spot with former India captain Rahul Dravid. But in terms of balls, Dhoni reached the 2000 run mark in a quick time when compared to Dravid as he took just 1441 balls compared to Dravid’s 1716. Dravid played as an opener in most of the matches and relied on timing and placement while Dhoni bats as a finisher and is all about sheer power.
